For Lawyers Only: How to Enter Your Name on the "Lawyers Who Sue Wal-Mart" Directory

One of the goals of the Wal-Mart Litigation Project is to help injured Wal-Mart customers and wronged Wal-Mart employees contact experienced and able plaintiffs' lawyers who will counsel, and if necessary, represent them in suits against Wal-Mart.

To be listed in the "Lawyers Who Sue Wal-Mart" Directory you must complete and "sign" the following form and agree to abide by the directory rules. Send us the completed form via e-mail (submit at the bottom of this page).

You may include information about your cases against Wal-Mart that have resulted in a verdict or settlement, e.g. "Jones v.Wal-Mart, (Cook County, IL, Circuit No. 12345). Female customer, age 65, suffered broken leg when struck from behind by employee pushing shopping carts, $35,000 settlement, 1997." You may include up to five cases.

I certify that the information I have provided above is accurate.
I certify that I am a licensed lawyer in the state indicated.
I promise to abide by the ethical rules of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America or equivalent professional ethical rules of my state trial lawyers' association, if any.
I agree not to willingly enter into protective orders in Wal-Mart litigation which have the effect of frustrating the exchange of information about Wal-Mart cases.
I agree to use reasonable efforts to exchange non-privileged information with other plaintiffs' lawyers about cases involving Wal-Mart, including the exchange of discovery information, litigation tactics, orders, and opinions.
