Do You Encourage People to Sue Wal-Mart?

The Wal-Mart Litigation Project neither encourages nor discourages lawsuits against Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart Litigation Project’s objective is to provide support services to attorneys who have already sued Wal-Mart. We do not solicit injured Wal-Mart customers, employees or other parties to sue the company; however, when they do file suit, we want to help ensure that justice is served when Wal-Mart has does wrong.
